PCA Dryer & Felt Passivation

Coldwater’s patented PolyClean Applicator System uses a wick that fits into a standard doctor blade holder for continuous and uniform metering of a passivation agent on the dryer cylinder surface to eliminate stickies and greatly reduce dust. Papermakers are constantly challenged with deposits in the dryer section that create a multitude of problems affecting safety, quality and profitability.
